Enjoy an unforgettable evening dining inside the Arctic SnowHotel’s renowned Ice Restaurant, where everything around you, from the walls to the tables, is crafted from snow and ice. This unique setting offers a one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere, showcasing incredible craftsmanship in ice carving, all complemented by a warm, delicious 3-course meal that perfectly contrasts with your frosty surroundings. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the experience is topped off with a dessert served on an ice plate, making this an extraordinary culinary adventure.

As you enter the Ice Restaurant, you’ll be surrounded by breathtaking snow and ice art, each piece carved fresh every year to make the atmosphere truly exceptional. The 3-course dinner features a velvety forest mushroom soup to start, followed by your choice of a mouth-watering main course – options include roast elk, braised Arctic Ocean salmon, seasoned chicken breast, or fried cold-smoked tofu. The meal concludes with a delightful raspberry-vanilla bavarois dessert, served on an ice plate for that extra touch of Arctic magic.

Adventure and Flexibility:

This dining experience is available for both hotel guests and visitors, with multiple seating times throughout the evening. You can easily reach the restaurant with our transfer service or drive yourself, just a 30-minute ride from Rovaniemi city center. Overnight guests of the Arctic SnowHotel have entrance included, while non-guests can book a combined package with entrance and dinner. The Ice Restaurant is open from December 15th to March 31st, with seatings available at 17:30, 19:00, and 20:30.
