Guided by a knowledgeable local expert, you’ll gather around a cozy campfire, sip hot berry juice, and enjoy grilled sausages while waiting for the Aurora Borealis to appear.

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation/pick-up point, where you’ll be dressed in warm, professional winter gear provided by our partners. You will be taken to a carefully selected location known for its optimal viewing conditions of the Northern Lights. Once there, your guide will start a fire using traditional methods, creating a cozy and authentic Arctic experience.

While relaxing around the fire, enjoy traditional campfire snacks and listen to captivating stories shared by your guide about the Northern Lights, local culture, and life in the Arctic. Even if the Northern Lights do not appear, you’ll still have a fun and engaging evening, learning about the region’s unique heritage and enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings.

Maximizing Your Viewing Chances:

Although the picnic location may vary, each spot is chosen for its prime Northern Lights viewing potential, away from the distractions of city lights. While sightings of the auroras cannot be guaranteed due to their unpredictable nature, the serene setting and the expertise of a local guide provide a wonderful way to experience the Arctic night. Your guide will also be equipped with a professional camera to capture any auroras that may appear, with the photos sent to you.
